Methodology

The Prestige score

Prestige is cumulative. Published support contributes to a company’s total; an inactive period does not automatically reduce it. Corrections and reversals are recorded separately.

Six sources of support

Every contribution is associated with one of six groups. A company profile shows each group’s share and distinguishes direct support from company-funded boosts.

  • Ownership & leadership
  • Employees
  • Customers & clients
  • Business partners
  • Suppliers
  • Public support

Funded support

The planned model includes free support, supporter-funded additions and company-funded boosts. Payment features and their final rules are not active in this release.

Ranking and movement

Companies are ranked by published Prestige. Equal scores share the same global rank. Country and industry filters preserve global positions. The 24h table column shows position changes; CP LIVE and Top Movers show changes in Prestige points.

Verification and trust

The planned checks combine email confirmation, evidence of a relationship and signals from domains and devices. A corporate email address alone does not prove an independent business relationship. Missing domain data is not proof of abuse.

What the ranking measures

Corporate Prestige measures participation and Prestige within its own system. It is not a measure of revenue, market value, creditworthiness or investment quality.

Prestige Power

Prestige Power is a separate assessment of the support structure. Its final scoring rules are not yet published. A company without a published assessment is shown as not rated.
